On the second day, 4 days remaining.and so on. I want the number of days to change each day, so that on the first day, it says there are 5 days remaining. If I have to have it pop up a box for each matching item seperately, that's not as good, but still ok.
These are two options I'm considering, and I'd like them to run each time the spreadsheet is opened:ġ) A pop-up dialog box that says something to the effect of "Vendor x has an invoice for $x.xx due in x days." If I can create the pop-up to list all invoices matching the criteria in one box, that would be great. I can, and have, used conditional formatting to highlight the critical payment lines, but I want to add an additional early warning to fire for each of the 5 days before the due date. The Pay Date is calculated from the Due Date +/- X number of days.
The critical flag is used to tell me if it is an item which I MUST pay on or before the due date. Vendor Name, Due Date, Pay Date, Critical Flag, Amount Due On my pay schedule, I have the following fields, among others: I have several worksheets in the spreadsheet, and do not look at all of them each day. I have a spreadsheet I use to determine my supplier pay schedule.
